What We Do

Empowering Community Independence

At the ADRC-CW, we are the trusted resource that connects older adults, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers to the support they need for living their life independently and by choice. Our core services are designed to offer peace of mind and support at every stage.

  • Information & Resource Counseling: We offer personalized guidance to help people navigate complex systems and find local services, supports, and long-term care options that perfectly match their needs and values.

  • Benefits and Financial Security: Our Benefit Specialists provide confidential advocacy and advice on crucial benefits like Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, and programs that save money on health care and prescription costs.

  • Nutrition and Wellness Programs: We ensure community members stay nourished and connected through our senior dining programs (Senior Dining, Café 60) and door-to-door Meals on Wheels deliveries for those who are homebound. We also offer engaging, evidence-based workshops like Stepping On (fall prevention) to promote healthy, safe living.

  • Caregiver and Dementia Support: We support the well-being of family and friends providing care with educational programs, financial assistance resources, support groups, and specialized counseling to help understand and plan for dementia and other chronic health issues.
