North Central Health Care (NCHC)

North Central Health Care (NCHC) is a community-based health system serving Marathon, Lincoln, and Langlade counties.  We provide a range of services, including behavioral health, skilled nursing, and community-based care, all centered around supporting the well-being of individuals and families.  A key part of our organization is Mount View Care Center, our skilled nursing facility, where much of our volunteer support helps create meaningful, day-to-day connections for short-and- long term residents.

Mount View Care Center provides skilled nursing and long-term care in a welcoming, home-like environment.  Our team focuses on personalized care, engaging activities, and building strong relationships that enhance the quality of life for residents.  Volunteers play an important role in this experience, helping support our robust life enrichment program which create moments of connection, joy, and community while supporting our broader mission to deliver compassionate, person-centered care.
