The Mobile Community Closet travels throughout Marathon County, bringing free clothing directly to individuals and families — easing household expenses and supporting financial stability. By volunteering, you'll play a hands-on role in creating a welcoming, dignified experience for your neighbors.
As a volunteer, you will:
- Unload the Mobile Closet truck and set up the shopping area
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in, check-out, and finding clothing that meets their needs
- Pack up and reload the truck at the end of the event
Program staff are always on-site to provide guidance. Your time will make an immediate and lasting impact on families in your community.

Volunteer Hours: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (shopping event runs 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM)
Location: Community Partners Campus
Age Requirement: 18+, or ages 14–17 with a parent/guardian
Training: All provided on-site
