Role Overview:
Connect our neighbors with resources by providing warm referrals, assessments, and follow-ups.
What You'll Do:
-Support our More Than Food (MTF) coaches to provide resources related, but not limited to housing, healthcare, and clothing to our guests
-Enter the intake forms into the computer tracking system
-Conduct follow-up phone surveys with guests and enter survey responses on the computer for recordkeeping and analysis
Training Schedule:
Complete a 1-hour training to familiarize yourself with the resources and the program. This is scheduled at an agreed upon time prior to volunteering.
