Help youth build positive relationships with food, movement, and wellness. As a Healthy Lifestyles Volunteer, you’ll support Boys & Girls Club programs that make healthy living fun, accessible, and empowering for young people.
What You’ll Do
- Support activities across cooking, nutrition, dance, yoga, sports, and more
- Lead or assist with movement‑based activities that get kids excited about healthy choices
- Help facilitate safe, age‑appropriate cooking and nutrition sessions
- Serve as a positive role model for balanced, active living
- Assist with setup and cleanup of program spaces
