Help bring the Boys & Girls Club’s biggest celebrations to life. As an Annual Events Volunteer, you’ll support milestone moments like the Member Recognition Dinner, Thanksgiving Feast, 5th Grade Graduation, and End of Summer BBQ — events youth and families remember long after the night ends.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and break down event spaces
- Serve food and assist with meals
- Greet and welcome youth, families, and guests
- Cheer on honorees and celebrate alongside Club members
- Support staff with day‑of logistics and whatever the event needs most
- Bring positive energy to create a warm, joyful atmosphere
Who We’re Looking For
No event experience needed — just a positive attitude, a willingness to pitch in, and genuine excitement for celebrating young people. Volunteers should be dependable, welcoming, and comfortable in lively, fast‑paced environments.

Time Commitment
Events occur throughout the year and typically require 1–3 hours on event day, with optional setup opportunities beforehand. Sign up for one event or many — every celebration is a chance to make a difference.
Requirements
Must be 18+
List of Events for Remainder of 2026
- 5th Grade Graduation - Tuesday, June 2nd from 5-7pm (set up ahead of time)
- End of Summer BBQ - Thursday, August 20th from 5-7pm (set up ahead of time)
- Thanksgiving Feast - date TBD (occurs week prior to Thanksgiving typically)
