Help Older Adults Stay Safe & Independent
Impact: Your guidance helps older adults build confidence, reduce fall risks, and stay active in their homes and communities. As a Stepping On Facilitator, you’ll co‑lead an evidence‑based workshop that has been shown to reduce falls by up to 30%.
Role: Stepping On Facilitator (Trained) Agency: ADRC of Central Wisconsin When: 1 session per week, 3 hours, for 7 weeks Where: Various community locations

What You’ll Do:
Co‑facilitate fall‑prevention workshops with another trained leader
Guide group discussions and activities using a structured curriculum
Support participants as they build strength, balance, and confidence
Training & Support:
Attend a 3‑day Stepping On Facilitator Training (virtual or in‑person) through the Wisconsin Institute for Healthy Aging
Become a licensed facilitator
Lead one or two programs per year, based on your availability
