Experienced Dishwasher and Kitchen Helper Needed

What you'll do:

help keep the kitchen and dish area clean and running efficiently. operate a commercial dishwashermaintaining clean work areasassist with light meal prep. put dishes away, sweeping, mopping and more.

Your work will directly help serve our guests and provide hospitality!We can not have meaningful retreats without our volunteers. 

Details:

This is a fast-paced role requiring focus, productivity, experience with hospitality and the ability to stand for extended periods and some lifting. Weekend availability required.

Log in Some Volunteer Hours by cutting and stacking firewood

Do you enjoy working outdoors and want to make a meaningful impact?

Join our grounds team and help cut and stack firewood that keeps our spaces warm and welcoming. Your time and effort directly support our mission of hospitality and care. Other needs include watering trees, snow plowing, mowing, trail up keep and more!

What You’ll Do:

Cut, split, and stack firewood (based on ability and comfort level) Work alongside staff or independently in our peaceful outdoor setting Help prepare wood supplies for retreats, fires, and seasonal needs

Tools for Good: Building and Maintenance Volunteers

Do you love working with your hands and keeping things in tip-top shape?

St. Anthony Spirituality Center’s beautiful building relies on skilled and enthusiastic volunteers like you to help keep everything running smoothly. Your time and talents make a lasting difference for our guests and retreatants.

What You’ll Do:

Perform general repairs and upkeep around the center Assist with plumbing, electrical, welding, painting, tiling, masonry, and carpentry projects Help create a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for all who visit

Be a Weekend Retreat Host

Do you enjoy making people feel welcome and cared for?

St. Anthony Spirituality Center is looking for volunteers to help host during our weekend retreats. Your presence helps create a calm, welcoming environment where guests can rest, reflect, and renew.

What You’ll Do:

Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly presence Help with luggage and assist guests in getting settled Ensure refreshments and small comforts are available Be ready to answer questions and support guests throughout their stayMeal prep and clean-up.

Bake Joy Into Every Retreat

 

Bake for St. Anthony Spirituality Center

Do you love baking and want to make a meaningful impact? Join our kitchen team and help create delicious, homemade treats that bring comfort and joy to our guests. Your time and talent will directly support our mission of hospitality and care.

 

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and bake simple treats (cookies, bars, breads, etc.) Work in our welcoming, fully equipped kitchen Help create a warm, home-like experience for retreat guests

Why Volunteer?

Your baking helps nourish both body and spirit, making guests feel truly cared for during their time at the center. Whether you bake occasionally or regularly, your contribution is deeply appreciated.

St. Anthony Spirituality Center,  is seeking helping hands to care for our sacred garden spaces. Our gardens are a place of peace, reflection, and nourishment for all who visit—and they thrive because of volunteers like you.
