Relieving staff from answering the support line and assisting residents allows them to meet with clients, go to court, take walk-ins, and more! In 2025, the support line took over 2600 calls. Some duties include answering the 24-hour support line, assisting residents living in the emergency shelter, and providing support to callers and residents. Volunteers provide information about: Safety planning Resources Community resources Emergency shelter Our domestic abuse and sexual assault services. Previous experience is not required, training will be provided. Must be 18 years old.
