The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Central Wisconsin (ADRC-CW) is seeking caring, reliable volunteers to serve as Meals on Wheels drivers, with an immediate need for Friday volunteers. Drivers deliver hot, nutritious meals to adults 60+ who are primarily homebound, offering both nourishment and a brief safety check that helps older adults remain independent.

What You'll Do:

Pick up meals at the designated nutrition site between 9:30 - 10:00 a.m.Deliver meals to participants' homes following specific instructionsCheck in briefly with each participant to ensure they're doing wellDrive safely and maintain confidentialityReturn insulated bags and clipboard to the kitchen after the routeReport any concerns to ADRC-CW Staff

Time Commitment:

Fridays, with routes available in the Wausau Metro areaPick-up: 9:30 - 10:00 a.m.Delivery: About 1 hourWrap-up: Return bags/clipboard to kitchenTotal: Approximately 1.5 hoursRoutes may vary by number of meals and distance
