New Beginnings for Refugees

Caring for refugees through strategic partnerships in Central Wisconsin.

New Beginnings for Refugees is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization focused on providing a safe, welcoming environment for refugees completing the resettlement process in central WI. We intend to work closely with ECDC, the national resettlement agency who will have a local office in Wausau. Our primary vision is a compassionate, coordinated, collaborative community response toward welcoming and supporting refugees as they seek to make Wausau their home. We are a local community collaboration of leaders coming together to help welcome refugees into our city.
