Marathon County Community Outreach Task Force

Who We Are

We are a 100% volunteer-run, grassroots organization dedicated to supporting our community's most vulnerable neighbors.  We serve individuals and families facing hardship--including low-income older adults, people with disabilities, and anyone experiencing housing or resource instability.

Our work is grounded in compassion, dignity, and the belief that a caring community can change lives.  Volunteers show up with open hearts, meeting people where they are and offering support without judgement.

A welcoming presence that prioritizes compassion, safety, and human connection.

What We Do

We focus on direct, hands-on outreach that provides immediate relief and steady support.

Our efforts include:

  • Serving lunch and distributing essential survival supplies every Wednesday and Friday
  • Offering consistent, reliable outreach to neighbors who may have limited access to food, shelter, or basic resources
  • Advocating for vulnerable community members and helping connect them with additional support
  • Mobilizing volunteers, donations, and community partnerships to strengthen our collective impact.

Our work is simple but deeply impactful: we show up, we serve, and we care--TOGETHER!
