What You’ll Do
Support resident outings for Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Adult Day Center
Provide supervision and companionship for residents who cannot be left unattended
Offer extra hands and watchful eyes to ensure safety and comfort
Assist staff during travel on the bus and at the destination
Why This Matters
Our bus can hold up to 21 people, but many outings must be reduced because additional chaperones are needed. Your presence helps more residents participate and enjoy meaningful experiences in the community.
Time Commitment
Typical outings last 1–2 hours.
Who We’re Looking For
Volunteers 18+, any gender
Friendly, attentive, and comfortable supporting older adults
Great for individuals who want to join a general pool of volunteers we can contact as outings arise
Requirements
Subject to a background check
Comfortable riding the bus and assisting residents as needed
