Faith in Action of Marathon County (FIAMC) is growing!
Many seniors in our community don’t have family or friends they can rely on for critical transportation. FIAMC helps by providing free rides within Marathon County to:
- Medical appointments
- Grocery stores
- General shopping
- Personal rides (to visit family, friends, or spouses in care facilities) or (rides to community activities, hair appointments, pharmacies, bank, library, etc.)
Volunteering not only supports your community but also brings a sense of purpose, improves mental and physical well-being, and helps you build meaningful connections.
There’s no ongoing commitment—you can volunteer as often or as little as you’d like, giving you full control of your schedule.
