Role Overview Be the friendly first face guests meet when they arrive at The Market. As a Front Desk Volunteer, you’ll help neighbors get signed up to shop, answer questions about available services, and ensure everyone feels welcomed and supported from the moment they walk in.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and assist with Market check‑in
- Help new shoppers get signed up and oriented
- Answer basic questions about Market services and resources
- Provide a warm, calm presence at the front desk
- Complete required training before signing up to feel confident and prepared
Training Schedule Front Desk Volunteers complete training on: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
