As the first stop for all incoming treasures, you will play a vital role in keeping our store moving. Every box you unpack and sort directly supports our mission and fuels our local community programs.
What You’ll Do
Unpack & Discover: Unbox, inspect, and sort incoming community donations (clothing, home goods, books, and unique finds) into clear sales categories.
Keep Things Moving: Help move, unload, and organize heavy donation bins, crates, and boxes to keep the processing area efficient and safe.
Quality Check: Identify items ready for the sales floor and direct specialty items to the right department.
Power the Mission: Serve as a core engine of our daily operations—your physical energy directly turns donated items into community impact!
What We’re Looking For
Physical Energy: Comfortably lift and carry heavy boxes (up to 40–50 lbs) and spend your entire shift standing, moving, and staying active.
A Keen Eye: Ability to quickly sort items by category and quality.
Team Spirit: A reliable, positive attitude and a passion for keeping things organized.
