Do you like helping kids learn and play?
Help staff the exhibit floor and STEM lab at the Children’s Imaginarium! Ensure the exhibit floor is clear of toys and clutter, assist children with activities in the STEM lab, and help keep the work flow of the Imaginarium running smoothly. This role is perfect for those who love interacting with and helping children learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with picking up museum props that may have been misplaced or are in need of being cleaned.
- Assisting with laundry and washing museum props efficiently.
- Manage guest questions or concerns.
- Document and report incidents.
- Assist with additional cleaning and maintenance requests.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Background Check.
- 1-3 hour shifts on a routine basis.
- Must be able to bend, stand, walk, sit, and move around for extended periods of time.
- Volunteers may occasionally be asked to lift up to 25 pounds or move furniture.
